Analysis
Rush Limbaugh criticized Michelle Obama, saying she "played the "race card" at the dedication of a museum." This article is effective in using tone to convince minorities that they should not have to feel hesitant and scared about going into certain places.
Tone
In the beginning of the article the columnist seemed very harsh saying that he found Rush Limbaugh "the dumbest man in America." The writer sounded very sincere when stating the message that Obama made saying there are problems when minority children feel alienated. There was an angry tone when speaking of eleanor Roosevelt and how she was also "denounced as angry and presumptuous."
